By downloading or using Vidtas: Snap & Motion Creator, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Vidtas: Snap & Motion Creator provides AI-powered image and video generation tools, including text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video workflows.
You agree not to:
Use the app for illegal purposes.
Generate offensive or harmful content.
Reverse-engineer or crack the software.
Subscription fees will automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
In-app purchases (e.g., credits for image generation) are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the generated content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the images for improving the AI model and promoting the app.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting zellamarketplace@gmail.com. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you breach these terms.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
